Services

Measuring: At your free home consultation appointment, our design consultant will measure your windows for you so that we can assure the accuracy of the measurements and provide you a quote with the product of your choice.

Installation: We provide installation services to customers who have purchased products with Lorraine’s Window Coverings. Our installers have all received on-the-job training by masters in blind installation and are certified Hunter Douglas Installers. They can take down your previous blinds for you at the installation appointment if needed.

Repairs: We do not offer blind repairs at this time. However, we are able to assist previous customers with repairs under warranty. If your blind is under warranty and you are able to take your blinds into our store, we will get them repaired for you at no charge. If you need help in taking down your blind, one of our professional installers can come to your home and pick the blind up to take to our Hunter Douglas Service center. There will be a trip charge for each trip to your house needed. This trip charge will be waved for all repairs on blinds less than a year old.
